Call of Duty 4 - Wed 3 Aug 9pm (GMT)

Since we played MW2 last week is anyone up for some Cod 4 tomorrow night

i put this on the calender dave i have cod 4 but not played it a lot will have to be team death match for me

I think maybe we should have a couple of private matches, to get the feel for COD 4 again (I haven't played it for months), and then maybe try some public TDM or HQ, depending on how SNAFU'd the multiplayer is these days.

If we play Headquarters, you'll rank up quicker, as you get XP every 5 seconds once you've captured the Headquarters until the enemy re-capture it, or it goes offline.

We could play some private games of HQ so you get used to it.

I thought that 'God Mode' had made a reappearance and people were flying around the maps again.

Yeah there is just had a look on the se7ensins website. Hopefully there not on HQ tonight.

Just to be on the safe side, if we get into a modded game, just dashboard out of it, so that nothing gets saved.

MS issued out permabans for people exploiting mods on WAW, and hopefully they'll do the same on COD 4.

As I suspected, COD4 multiplayer is totally SNAFU'd.

I suppose the best thing in future is to get a few more of us on (say two teams of 4), and just play private matches. At least then we can ensure there are no aimbots and wall hacks and idiots sniping from rooftops they shouldn't be able to get to
