Modded Virtual Pros

I've noticed more and more modded pros in our recent games. As far as I'm aware, a legit pro can only have a maximum rating of 99%, so anything above that is a sure sign of modding.

I noticed on another site this morning, that there is now an 8'3" VP hack in circulation, which, if it becomes widespread, will make playing Pro Clubs pointless, as every other club will have an 8'3" goalkeeper.

Is there nothing that can be done to stop these muppets?

Yeah playing against these 100+ players is frustrating as. That game we played against that guy 'Mr Tricky' / 'MR BLOBBY' or something was a joke!

Maybe we should just back out when we see them guys in the lobby, or does that reset your cup progress?

I think it will just put us back a round in the cup. It is getting ridiculous now, but I'm not sure EA can do much about it. Since the update that let you use memory sticks, modding has become much more prevalent.

Allan, I doubt sending EA the link will do any good, as they're gearing up for the release of FIFA 12. Incidentally, I read somewhere this morning that the AI in FIFA 12 is just as pants as 11, so not looking good

I don't know. I can't log onto EA forums at work, but I know there's a Clubs section under FIFA 12, and that would be the best place to post this.

Change your position to GK on xbox, then change your height and weight to what you normally would when your a outfield player then max all of the position and technical stats using the mod tool,then put goalkeeping stats to 80 using the mod tool when you go in a pro clubs game with your friends its say that your a GK now you will have a GK 80-90and they wont expect a 127 Striker is against them in that game.
this is for people that dont know the GK Disguised Method.

This wont work if you have 8ft pro because obviously there bound to know the height is modded whether or not you use this method because your player is as tall as a young albino python

Yeah we got put in a game recently that we had to quit out of straight away, where they had a few 8ft or so pros. It was almost funny how ridiculously tall and big they where but then it's not because of how unplayable that is

Everyone of those 8' players I've challenged say they do it because all their mates do it or because they want to have fun.

When I tell them I want to have fun too, but playing the game properly, they start getting arsey.

If they want to do that shite, why can't they piss about in private games with their little mates?

Most of the time the players using them are plop as well. It's just near impossible to chase or hold them up with our crappy defenders. Or if it's AI it's an almost guaranteed loss!

The other day I sent a message to x VoiDZz, saying I was going to report him for cheating (modded pro) and system tampering (modded avatar in gamerpic). He sent me patronising voice messages back, saying "ah, diddums, are you going to report me? Well, I'm going to report you for being shit at FIFA".

Haha class. Nice to see they actually did something about it. I've been reporting most of the people that have been using modded pros for tampering as well.
