| Pre-ordered my copy of GOW3 today. It says you get an email on 24th Apr with a code for the beta. Anyone else pre-ordered it yet? I went for the Colectors' Edition from Game for £59.99. EDIT: Cancelled my pre-order and just went for the Standard Edition. I wasn't too bothered about getting a soppy flag and an exclusive multiplayer character

If you like it, we can play some Horde sometime, it's great fun with 4 or 5 players. Never been much of a fan on the normal multiplayer, I keep getting my arse handed to me

| Are you on any evenings this week? If so, I'll try and set up a game of Horde. | |

| Cool. I take it you don't have the map packs, though? | |

| You only need the map packs for certain achievements, we can play without them on the default maps. | |

I only got to have a quick play last night, and only got to the end of the first chapter of Act One. Visuals are much better than the previous two and I'm looking forward to having a longer session on it. Not touched multiplayer yet, but if a few people get it, we can set up a session on Horede/Beast mode or maybe start off the 4 player co-op achievement.

| Yeah I've just started on chapter 1-act 3 i think, I agree it does look better visually, I'm just glad they didn't change anything gameplay wise. | |
